Sean works with public and non-profit organizations across the Southeast region—including cities, counties, utilities, and authorities—supporting the development and management of our clients’ investment programs.

His responsibilities include portfolio structuring and analysis, performance review, cash flow modeling, asset allocation analysis, investment policy review, and economic research. Sean also assists clients in aligning their investment strategies with national best practices, helping to strengthen program design and execution.
