Shelly Ilgenfritz

Shelly works with school districts, cities, counties, and other municipal clients, with a primary focus on supporting those utilizing local government investment pools (LGIPs). Her role includes developing new relationships with public entities, strengthening existing client partnerships, and serving as a central point of contact for service coordination.

Prior to her current role, Shelly served as a client consultant with our Client Services Group, where she was responsible for client onboarding, client administration, and managing day-to-day client service requests. Her experience in both client-facing and operational roles supports her ability to deliver consistent and responsive service.
